After 3 years of interruption due to Covid, within the programming of this year which has as its canvas the "take care","Ruah Project"He is happy to announce the return of Barcis Winter, the weekend that brings together the experience of biodanza with convivial moments of sociality and leisure. This time, however, we will get off the mountains and take you to the sea.
Here is thenBaris Winter 2024… on the beachin Lignano Sabbiadoro (Udine). It will be an experience of welcome, mystery, suspension, propagation, fluidity, in which we will take care of us and the pulse of life
What is “Barcis”?Baris is a Friulian country on a mountain lake, but over the years it has become synonymous with this experience: a place of research, welcome, sharing where to take a dive in the depths of the human being with a style of simplicity, respect, joy and freedom. It is a privileged space for the thirsty soul of God and for the body eager for fraternal and friendly contacts.
For whom?The seminar, while starting as specific experience for LGBT+people, has opened to those who want a path of human and spiritual growth over the years and want to deal with the proposed theme.
As?The weekend will focus on the experience of biodanza, led by the facilitator Elisa Carlon. Biodanza is a system that helps to find harmony between one's feeling and its acting in the world, through exercises with music that take place in a group. These exercises activate emotions and the expressive movement that is born and its sharing are the heart of experience.
Each participant feels respected, accepted and enhanced by the group; finds a healthy way of expression of itself and relationship with the world; This leads to an increase in one's self -esteem, triggering a process of change aimed at existential renewal.
The biodanza weekend has no therapeutic value, but it is an individual and group research space based on listening, sharing and respect for the limits and choices of each participant. If you are engaged* in a therapy path, consulted with the specialist on the opportunity to participate in the experience.
Where?Given the winter unavailability of the Baris structure, we will be in Lignano (UD), guests of theBella Italy Tourist Village & Efa Village, a large equipped and modern accommodation facility. At the time of registration you can ask us how to reach Lignano and if you need a ride.
When?The arrival is scheduled by 5 pm on Friday 16 February to start with a first moment of biodance before dinner. The departure is scheduled for around 3 pm on Sunday (after lunch). If you have timetables, contact us!
How much? The participation fee from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch for each participant is as follows:
- € 144.00 for the single room
- € 104.00 for the double room
- € 84.00 per Multiple Chamber (5-8 people)
All rooms are equipped with private bathroom with shower, toilets and hairdryer, TV, air conditioning/heating, sheets and towels; Daily cleaning of the room
It is possible to add Friday lunch at a cost of € 12.00.
The quotas are those required by the structure for food and accommodation. Ruah project will cover the expenses for activities.

- The request of the travel bags must be sent at least 2 days earlier than their retreat

- Laundry service (in the individual residences there are the toilet washing machines)
- Brioche and juice or yogurt snack per person per day € 1.50
