3-11 August 2024 LGBT+ pilgrimage in Abruzzo on the path of Celestine V

Here we are there !! Registration for the LGBT pilgrimage from 3 to 11 August 2024 on the path of Celestino among the hermitages of Maiella (Abruzzo) are open, also available in the formula only weekend at the sea on the trabocchi coast.

The pilgrimage is aimed at LGBT+people, to their family and friends, to anyone who feels the desire to walk together to build the dream of a more welcoming church and mother for all to the deep knowledge of the other.

The path itself is accessible to anyone with good physical preparation. It is not necessary to be ready for the Olympics, but have a discreet attitude to walk and be ready to train a little before the pilgrimage. The willingness to dispose in the spirit of the pilgrim is required: a lot of spirit of adaptation and availability for sharing and opening with the comrades!

Like every year, our steps will be accompanied by a thematic biblical path that wants to help us feel comfortable in sharing something of us, touching important and sensitive strings in the path of an LGBT+ believer person.

This year, the theme that will accompany us is:"Get up and go!".
