The meetings organized by the San Rocco Cultural Center of the Archdiocese of Fermo(Marche) and by the pastoral unit of Montegranaro "Veregra Up", in collaboration withLa Tenda di Gionata, dedicated to the theme "The roads of love. Faith and homosexuality, possible paths".
Friday 28 February 2025, at 9:15 pm, at the parish of Santa Maria in Montegranaro (Fermo), a new evening will be held with the testimony of Luigi Testa, professor of comparative public law and author of "Via Crucis of a gay boy"(Castelvecchi, 2024). He will share his experience as a young homosexual Christian who has faced pain and search for meaning through prayer. In his book he writes: “I died inside many times too, Jesus, when a light word condemned me. When a betrayed confidence revealed me. When a laugh without thought hurt me ... ". Words that become a Via Crucis inner, but also a powerful invocation of hope.
The reflection of Don Sergio Massironi, theologian of the Dicastery for the service of full human development, which will remind us: "The Christian is a lover. Apparently disarmed", But that"It has a fire capable of dissolving the frost that paralyzes hearts and life environments".
