February/May 2025 in Naples and online with the ecumenical initiative "Women who read the word"
The Valdese Church of Naples in collaboration with collaboration with the diocese of Naples organize the cycle of meetings "Women who read the word", an ecumenical initiative that brings the female voice into the foreground in the interpretation and preaching of biblical texts.
A project to enhance the role of women in the Church and in society, conceived by the historic Adriana Valerio to give space to female preaching, involving both evangelical and Catholic women. Each meeting will see the participation of two scholars, one of the evangelical area and one of the Catholic area, which will propose their reflection on distinct biblical texts.

March 20 -Pastora Kirsten Thiele (1GV 1, 5-2.6, become human) and Sister Dina Scognamiglio (Lk 19,1-10, Zaccheo)
April 10th -Mother Jules Cave (Lk 4, 16-22, the mission of the Lord) and Sonia Rescigno (1 Cor 12, 1-11, the gifts of the spirit)
May 8 -major Lidia Bruno (2 kings 4, 8-14, the Sunamita) and Sister Simona Farace (Jn 8, 1-11, "two remained, the miserable and the mercy"))
May 29 -Bishop Theodora Tosatti (Lk 1, 46-55, the Magnificat) and Adriana Valerio (Lk 15,11-32, the face of God)
