God did not send his Son in the world to judge (John 3,14-21)
Biblical reflections by Mauro Leonardi*, priest and writer
Jesus looks deep in the heart of a Fariseo who shows himself available to love him. Then Jesus takes him by the hand. A path begins that begins with Moses and ends with Christ: because nothing will be lost in him, but he will have eternal life. A path that begins with the law to say that the sense of the law, in particular of the law of God, is not condemning, but making happy, doing with God. To do with Jesus. Words are not enough, it takes all life.

Gospel of John 3,14-21
"And as Moses raised the snake in the desert, so the son of man must be raised, because anyone who believes in him has eternal life". In fact, God has loved the world that he gave his unigenite son, because anyone who believes in him does not die, but has eternal life. God did not send his Son in the world to judge the world, but because the world is saved by him. Those who believe in him is not condemned; But those who do not believe has already been condemned, because he did not believe in the name of the unigne son of God. And the judgment is this: the light came into the world, but the men preferred darkness to light, because their works were evil. Anyone in fact makes evil, hates the light and does not come to light because his works are not revealed. But those who work the truth comes to light, because it clearly appears that his works have been made in God ».
